Olli Koistinen is Professor at the department of Philosophy, Department of Philosophy, Contemporary History, and Political Science at the University of Turku, Finland. He works mainly on early modern philosophy and has published papers on Descartes, Spinoza, Leibniz, and Kant. He also works on contemporary metaphysics, especially action theory, a subject on which he has published a monograph.
